OMIC Inspection & Surveying Co., Ltd.(OMIC Myanmar) was established in 1996 as one of OMIC’s (Overseas Merchandise Inspection Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan) Sole Agent in Myanmar and has been providing fully independent Inspectionand Testing services in Myanmar to support the smooth flow of world trade and uphold the quality of a vast range of products.

OMIC Inspection & Surveying Co., Ltd.(OMIC Myanmar) makes this policy with the intention of protecting the personal information (“Information”) of the users of its websiteand will treat the Information with complete discretion.

OMIC Myanmar, in an attempt to improve its services, from time to time collects Information at the time of conducting surveys or e-mail delivery services.

OMIC Myanmar confines the purpose of collecting such Information to only its strictly specified needs. The scope of Information will not exceed the necessity of fulfilling its purpose, and Information will be collected through legal and fair means.

OMIC Myanmar shall report data, test results and other material facts in good faith and shall not improperly change them, and shall only issue reports and certificates that correctly present the actual findings, professional opinions or results obtained.

Conflicts of Interest

OMIC Myanmar shall avoid conflicts of interest with any related entities in which OMIC has a financial or commercial interest and to which OMIC is required to provide services.

OMIC Myanmarshall avoid conflicts of interest between OMIC’s companies and/or divisions engaged in different activities but which may be providing services to either the same client or each other.

OMIC Myanmar shall ensure that its employees avoid conflicts of interest with its activities.
